I offer a variety of hands-on classes that I can bring to your company's training room. I supply my own customized training workbooks (not some off-the-shelf course book!) and all the software for the hands-on exercises. All you need is one PC or Mac workstation per student, current browser software, and a desire to learn. My clients include Fidelity Investments, Raytheon, IBM, Lotus, Scholastic, Otis Elevator, Mathworks, Kronos, Intuit, Iris Development, and others.

My classes consistently get high evaluations for the quality of the materials, the hands-on exercises, and my presentation style. I keep participants busy with a mixture of demonstration, hands-on practice, and scenario-based activities, allowing them to engage with the course concepts in meaningful ways to enhance retention.

I have ten years' experience designing technical training classes for custom software products. My clients include Raytheon, Fidelity, IBM, eRoom, iPhrase, Lotus, AT&T, Symantec, and others. Most projects include creating an interactive curriculum design, student workbook materials, and optional instructor guides. I am available to present the course to your clients as well.

I can build Web-based or e-learning multimedia designs as an alternative to traditional instructor-led training. I can adapt and translate your existing courseware to e-learning or blended learning.
